In 2024 we marked our 18th year as a leader in recruitment, talent attraction, and employer branding. With a dedicated team of over 50 specialists, we continued to deliver impactful solutions and solidify our position as a trusted partner for companies seeking to attract and retain top talent. Also, this year, we reached a significant milestone by becoming member of the European Association of Employer Branding Agencies (EAEBA).

- EBcon:over 450 experts, +100 companies, +15 local and international visionaries in the field of EB, Recruitment, HR, and Marketing
- Most Desired Employers Survey based on 10,981 responses from early-career professionals and professionals in Romania and 42 generated reports for 20 companies
- EBDialogue: 6 meet-ups of the employer branding practitioners community with +200 participants who came to learn, connect and get inspired on different topics of interest.
- EB Advisory: 15 clients from diverse industries on different parts of their employer brand strategy development stages, from external brand perception, competitors’ landscapes, EVP development, desk research on diverse topics or even employer brand strategy development workshops.
Gen Z Initiatives
From the biggest online career hub for students and juniors to premium career conference that aims to bring together young Romanians with outstanding potential, we have achieved great results during the last 12 months:
- Internship&Trainee Marathon: 7 partners, over 5,000 opportunities for students & juniors and +212,000 job applications
- Finance Recruitment Day: 14 partners, 218 attendees and 1,140,800 campaign reach
- National Intern Day & Best Internship Programs in 2024 ranking: 63 nominated employers, 1613 votes and 1,500,000 campaign reach
- Summer Career Fair: 7 partners, 6,000 job applications, 4,300,000 campaign reach
- Top Talents Romania: 10 partners, 280 attendees, 1,300,000 campaign reach
- Career Ebooks: +100 career related content, 24 partners, 8 career articles, 1 planner
- Custom Projects: 23 personalized projects: EB campaigns, eBooks, Graduates and Students Events, talent recruitment campaigns, Social Media Management.
DevTalks Romania
IT Projects
Our journey with the events dedicated for IT community has become a pivotal force in the Romanian tech scene. In 2024 DevTalks stands as the largest technology conference in the country and we continue to amplify our impact with DevCon, DevAfterWork and a New project, Empower Tech.
- DevTalks Romania: 70+ partners and exhibitors, 7000 attendees, 160 international and local speakers
- DevTalks Cluj-Napoca: 11 Partners and 13 Community Partners, 2 600 attendees, +30 international & local speakers
- DevCon:16 partners and exhibitors, 2500 attendees, 56 local and international speakers
- Empower Tech: 7 partners and exhibitors, 400 attendees, 11 live sessions
- DevAfterWork: 8 tech gatherings, 5 partners, +700 attendees, 20+ local and international speakers
Career Fair
We take immense pride in the enduring success and impact of Angajatori de TOP, Romania’s largest and most established career fair. Launched in 2006, this project has consistently attracted Romania’s most prominent companies annually, solidifying its position as a important event for the recruitment landscape.
- Angajatori de TOP București: +220 major employers, 14.000 attendees, 14 career & STEAM workshops & conferences, +2 million campaign reach
- Angajatori de TOP Timișoara: +90 major employers, 5500 attendees, 7 career & STEAM workshops & conferences, +500.000 campaign reach
- Career Academy & Career Coaching: 4 conferences and +40 career coaches, +2000 attendees.

Hipo.ro
Hipo.ro is the main source of jobs for candidates with higher education and we are delighted that 2024 results show companies that choose to promote their jobs or different programs they have open for both entry-level candidates and professionals. Notable results for this year?
- The number of job applications increased by 20% in 2024
- The job search section has been completely rewritten. Candidates can now find the job they want very easily and quickly
- 1.3 million candidates have an account on Hipo.ro. Over 35,000 new candidates have registered on Hipo in recent months
- Automatically Jobs Import. The Corporate Plus subscription offers automatic job uploads from your recruitment software.
