The 14th edition of the Most Desired Employers Study is here! Over 18 000 respondents have expressed their interest in providing insights about their preferences and perceptions regarding employers on the market. The survey not only measures the level of attractiveness, but also what defines the most desired employers and what is important to the relevant target group.
June 21st represented a special day for us – the day we revealed the ultimate results of the most complex instrument on the Romanian market, the Most Desired Employers Study. We combined panel discussions, insights presentations and networking area, in order to create a complex Employer Branding solution for companies who are interested in building or refining their strategy.

The event was hosted by our colleagues: Dragos Gheban – Managing Partner at Catalyst Solutions, with over 13 years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and Human Resources and Alexandra Stancu – Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Coordinator at Catalyst Solutions, Coordinator of the Employer Branding consultancy team.

This year’s event was built on a new set up structure, which included a Panel Discussion with 4 of the most desired employers in Romania: Continental, Microsoft, IBM and Bosch Romania. During this sessions, all participants had the occasion to find out best employer branding strategies to follow and great insights they put into practice.
Because becoming a top-of-mind company involves a lot of effort in building a great Employer Brand, we have prepared an Award Ceremony for the first companies that ranked no.1 in their industry in the general TOP 50 Most Desired Employers in Romania.
