About

The event mission is to empower women in technology and create a community where every woman in tech mostly, but from other industries as well, can feel supported. It’s born from the desire to research and discuss the opportunites and the obstacles women face at every step of their careers, from finding the right path to keeping it.

Our core values are: 

  • Encourage self-confidence by approach challenges in tech and offering solutions
  • Creating an inclusive environment that welcomes women from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets
  • Advocate for gender equalty and challenge stereotypes within the tech industry and not only

  • As the coordinator of Empower, I’m incredibly proud of the vision and purpose behind this event. We launched Empower because we felt the urgent need to create a space where women in tech could connect, learn, and grow together. Our long term goal is to make Empower a a community where real and lasting change happen. We have incredible talented women in tech and they all deserve access to more resources and mentorship opportunities. We hope to equip every participant with the tools and confidence they need to lead, innovate, and succeed.
