About

Top Talents Romania is a premium career conference that aims to bring over 200 young Romanians with outstanding potential from both Business and Tech profiles. Our drive is to inspire and nurture the next generation of leaders, by creating a community of high-potential students and recent graduates. We aim to do so by means of a a two-day event, which only the best 200 finalists shall be invited to attend (out of 1500 applicants)

The Top Talents community is engaged to participate at leadership and development keynotes, career workshops, a networking space where they can meet employers and discuss career opportunities, such as internships and management trainee programs. The event also includes Start Up Competition, the most appreciated activity in 2023 by the participants, which consists of a simulated Assessment Center. The newest addition in 2024 are the Top Talents Scholarships, which facilitate the recruitment, selection and participation of candidates from outside Bucharest.
